Review
If you are planning on taking the GCSE exams at some point in the future, or if you are planning on doing A-level Chemistry you will need to ensure that you have a thorough knowledge of the GCSE Chemistry course. The following tasks can be completed to ensure this:
1) Review the whole of the KS4 Chemistry by listening to the Kerboodle podcasts and completing the Kerboodle retrieval questions for each of the Chemistry chapters
2) Complete whole past papers and self-assess them with the markschemes.
Transition to A-level Chemistry
If you are planning on doing A-level Chemistry you need to have completed the above. You also need to have completed the following transition task.
1) Complete the transition task below. You will be asked to show this to your teacher in your first A-level Chemistry lesson as evidence that it has been completed. The content on this document will also be on the test.
Note: You can download printable graph paper from the internet if this will help you with the graph questions.
Once you have completed the task use the answer sheet below to self-assess your work in green, give yourself a score and a WWW/EBI
You can also access the A level Chemistry text book through your normal Kerboodle log-in : https://www.kerboodle.com/api/courses/14195/interactives/111411.html
