See below some valuable online resources which will help with your Super-Curricular research. We have school membership for the top two - JSTOR and NACE.

  1. JSTOR: digital library and research platform, home to over 12 million academic journals, articles, books and primary sources in over 75 disciplines. This online archive is best used for wider reading and research e.g. NEA components at A Level. Attached (at the bottom of this page) is an explanatory PowerPoint in case you would like to know more about this resource, but login details are as follows:

  1. NACE (National Association for Able Children in Education): an independent charity geared towards supporting provision within schools for the most able students. The website contains a wealth of resources, research, CPD opportunities, useful info & links and more that you may wish to peruse to reinforce your own pedagogy, especially if you are interested in carrying out any targeted development in your subject area around high achieving students. 3. Sutton Trust offer Summer Schools for over 40 different courses at 13 of the UK’s top universities. 4. FutureLearn Get access to thousands of online short courses on FutureLearn and learn at your own pace. You’ll receive digital Certificates of Achievement for all your completed courses included in the price (currently £19.99/month).

5. Ted Talks TED is a nonprofit devoted to spreading ideas, usually in the form of short, powerful talks (18 minutes or less). TED began in 1984 as a conference where Technology, Entertainment and Design converged, and today covers almost all topics — from science to business to global issues — in more than 100 languages.
