Timetable
At Bishop Stopford, there are five 1 hour lessons each day, and the timetable follows a two weekly cycle: week A and week B.
When you do not have a timetabled lesson, you are expected to use the time for private study in one of the designated areas in school available for sixth form use. Initially, you will remain in school from 8.30am until 3.15pm. The requirement to remain on site may be removed later in Year 12, as long as you have proven that you are on track with your studies.
Please see below for a sample timetable. Subjects are offered in option blocks, so you will notice that groups are called 12W, 12X, 12Y or 12Z. This just denotes when the lessons appear on the timetable.
You are also expected to attend assemblies each week (Tuesdays and/or Thursdays at 8.30am).
